Dr. Murthy Devarabhotla is a serial Entrepreneur, Founder and Managing Director of Tudor Management Consultants Pvt Ltd an ISO 9001:2008 certified company. He is also the Chairman of Travian Group of Companies which has a presence in Travel & Tourism, Mass Transit and urban mobility solutions, Tax and Financial advisory services. Earlier to this he has served as a Managing Partner for Cyber India Technologies.

He has a Doctorate in Business Management from International University of Complimentary medicine, Colombo, Srilanka and a Post Graduate in Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, India.

Mr. Murthy started his career at Sum Total systems as a Process Manager in 2002 and he has continued to expand his role into various areas of leadership.

He now serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Tudor, and has adeptly built upon the company’s solid foundation to enhance the company’s brand and strengthen its leadership position in the staffing and IT Industry.

He has brought in a dynamic new leadership team, and invested in an extensive outreach program designed to bring new talent, new clients, and new energy to Tudor. While the firm has evolved far beyond a handful of recruiters, he still sees the company culture as very much like an extended family. “People genuinely care for one another”. Murthy’s wide-ranging background provides him with a unique breadth and depth of personal and professional insight.

He leads the organization and is responsible for the growth, strategic development and financial performance of the company’s multiple service lines across the world. He is responsible to set the direction and create a vision for the company as it continues on its course of geographic expansion and business growth.

Mr. Murthy is a firm believer that key to success is to invest in Human Capital Development. He understands at a very personal level that employees can make the company a brand as brand ambassadors. As he begins to put his own mark on Tudor brand, he is making sure that he continues to build the company by retaining and hiring people who passionately believe in the company mission and share the vision by making them stake holders in every step of Organizational structuring and development.
